Teambridge is a workforce management platform tool geared towards non-desk workers and remote teams and is built to combine flexibility and automation in order to enable users to custom build workflows and automations tailored to their business. They partnered with FlowState Branding where I served in the role of senior designer on the project, working with the client to create a brand identity that appealed to both the end user as well as to decision makers looking to streamline the management of their employees.
We set out to create a brand identity that was sophisticated, modern, and distinctive in the crowded tech space. This, in part, was achieved by utilizing a high contrast, primarily black and white palette with bright accent colors used throughout the brand in graphics, illustrations, and abstract symbols. We also developed a branded pattern or grid element that suggests modularity - in connection with the functionality of the platform - and serves nicely as a background pattern, adding visual interest and depth to the brand. Leveraging these brand components along with others developed and weaved into the brand identity, we created motion graphics, illustrations, and web pages to help support the growth of the Teambridge platform.
